Q Is there a minimum order ?
A There is no minimum order but quantity smaller than 50 pieces normally will with MOQ charge.
Q How do I ask for a quotation ?
A Please tell us about your quantity, size of the badges and what kind of badges you are looking at. In order for us workout the freight charge for your order, please also tell us where you are coming from and mention about your postal code.
Q Can you duplicate from any existing badge ?
A The answer for this is Yes and No. We can only duplicate a badge if you are the authorised owner of the badge or you have a written agreement from the original badge owner. In all cases, we will not duplicate directly from the original badge, but we will recreate the design artwork in order to achieve better accuracy.
Q What is your turn around time ?
A We strive to ship your order within two weeks. If you like to repeat any of past order or make a minor change, we will ship them out within 5 working days.
Q What does embroidery cost ?
A Costs are base on design size, location, and stitch count.
Q Can we submit our existing digitizing file for the job ?
A Yes, we can receive your digitizing file in the format of DST for Tajima embroidery machine.

A Yes, we can send to any part of the world using your known courier services such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or even the postal services such as EMS and registered airmail.
